Allen Coffelt

A Chattanooga native, Allen grew up working with his father, a grading superintendent, and learned how to operate heavy equipment at a very young age.  After high school, Allen went to work for the Lowes organization.  Allen’s natural leadership gifts helped him work his way up from an entry level position to becoming a regional manager with many responsibilities in logistics and team leadership.  After Lowes, Allen’s next adventure was with the railroad, working on locomotives – then Allen started his own landscaping company.  A couple years later, Outdoor Inc. was able to twist Allen’s arm and convince him to come on board in a leadership capacity.  Allen’s leadership gifts have served a critical function of Outdoor Inc’s. growth from sixteen employees to over sixty employees.  Allen is the Branch Manager for Outdoor Inc. and Urban Tree.  Allen’s primary role is to act as the general manager for both companies, driving production, monitoring finances, managing the technological resources, and working to coach the team to fulfill their responsibilities.  Allen’s family and faith are most important to him as he and his wife, Anne, have two boys and are active members of Rockbridge Church.  In his spare time, he loves to fish, watch Tennessee football, and travel often with his wife.
