Thomas “Tommy” Howell

Tommy graduated from UTC with a BS in Criminal Justice and a minor in Psychology.  His background before coming to Outdoor Inc. was in logistics, scheduling, purchasing, and pricing for the trucking industry.  Tommy’s background equipped him to tackle the role of Production Coordinator and Procurement at Outdoor Inc., and Urban Tree, a sister company.  This role is primarily comprised of managing the schedule for all the crews, communicating with clients to keep them up to date as to the particulars of their projects, allocating equipment and other resources for the jobs, and lining up all the material for jobs to ensure efficiency and productivity.  Tommy plays a vital role in essentially what can be described as managing the chaos of managing all of the ever-changing factors that affect the schedule.  Being a local to Chattanooga for the last twenty-four years, he loves the community, enjoys watching Tennessee football on Saturday nights, and being with his wonderful wife and daughter.
