Matt Meadows

Matt is the Lead Commercial Landscape Estimator for Outdoor Inc., where he specializes in commercial landscape estimating, project coordination, and client relations. With 15 years of experience at Outdoor Inc., he brings extensive hands-on field knowledge and practical construction experience to every project.

A Chattanooga native and Red Bank High School alumnus, Matt has built his career around the construction and landscape industries. In addition to his 15 years with Outdoor Inc., he also brings eight years of prior experience in residential housing, commercial construction, and remodeling.

Throughout his career, he has worked across a wide range of exterior construction scopes, including commercial landscaping, irrigation, grading coordination, erosion control, hardscapes, and site development. His background in field operations provides a strong understanding of installation methods, project logistics, scheduling, and cost management.

In his current role, he is responsible for preparing detailed estimates, coordinating with contractors and suppliers, managing project communication, and helping clients develop cost-effective solutions that align with project goals and specifications.

Matt is committed to delivering accurate pricing, responsive service, and high-quality results while building long-term relationships with contractors, developers, municipalities, and project teams throughout the region. He is also a proud father to one son and values the importance of hard work, integrity, and strong community relationships both personally and professionally.
